Terms of Use
1. Service Delivery
Haven Electric LLC provides licensed electrical contracting services. By requesting service, you agree to provide safe access to the premises and ensure that all existing electrical systems are accessible for inspection and repair. We adhere strictly to local building codes and safety regulations.
2. Site Usage
This website is intended for informational purposes regarding our electrical services. Any unauthorized use of the content or attempts to disrupt the security of the Haven Electric LLC digital portal are strictly prohibited. Information provided via the site is subject to our standard privacy protocols.
3. Professional Expectations
We aim for maximum precision in every connection. Customers are expected to provide accurate information regarding their electrical needs. Changes to project scopes must be agreed upon in writing to maintain our high standard of reliability and safety.
Haven Electric LLC provides a limited one-year warranty on all electrical labor and materials supplied by the contractor. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, customer-supplied fixtures, or damage resulting from external factors such as power surges, severe weather, or unauthorized modifications.
The liability of Haven Electric LLC is limited to the cost of the electrical services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site information inaccuracies or delays beyond our control.
Clients potential or contracted, are responsible for ensuring site access, safety and accurate information for all scheduled electrical work. Haven Electric LLC’s total liability for any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of this Agreement—whether based on contract, negligence, or breach of warranty—shall not exceed the total amount of money actually paid by the Client to the Contractor under this Agreement.Â
Any additional work outside of the original scope of work contracted upon will result in additional charges. Any invoices the Client has failed to pay upon receipt will result in a 2% compounded weekly additional charge.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client shall be responsible for obtaining and paying for all necessary local permits, inspections, and approvals required for the electrical work.Â

Liability & Warranty
ARTICLE IV
Termination Policies
Haven Electric LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
You may terminate your agreement with Haven Electric LLC at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments for services rendered or materials ordered up to the date of termination will become immediately due. Cancellation of scheduled services requires at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a service call fee.
